At LEO LIN, we strive to ensure your designer garments are perfect; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all luxury tags and security ribbons still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and designer boxes are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label generated from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment until your refund is processed.
